Free Shipping

For the United States：
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $59.80 USD (after any discounts).
For orders under $59.80, shipping will be charged based on destination.

Order Processing

Please allow up to 2-4 business days for processing before your order ships. In case of holidays, order processing time may be extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your order tracking number.

Additional Note:

1. Prices vary on what country you are located in. For remote areas, the shipping fee can be up to $15.98 USD.
2. Due to shipping carrier policies, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery dates for Express Shipping orders.

Shipment Tracking

When an order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking information. The shipping information will be updated and sent to you once the package arrives at your local airport (due to system reasons, shipping information is not updated to you immediately during the time).
Still haven’t received your tracking info?
Check your spam folder-it can get stuck in there sometimes.
If you already have a Ohcomfy login, you can also find your tracking number there.
    Still not seeing it? Don’t worry--just contact our customer team and they will investigate. 

Changing Shipping Address

It is suggested for customers to ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate. Just in case, there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you want to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at info@ohcomfy.com.  

Shipping Notice

Due to the special character of express industry, delays are often inevitable, the shipping time(listed above) is only for reference and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. 
Normally, the seller should not be responsible for address errors or packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

About Duties and Taxes

You will need to pay import taxes and duties in accordance with local laws and restrictions. These will not be shown as part of the final price at checkout.

If a package is returned or destroyed because you refuse to pay the duty, the resulting charges will be deducted from your order.
