I bought these for my c section recovery & I need to use compression. I would rather use compression panties rather than using a binder, or you can use both! They are very helpful. Correct sizing but you can size up a bit if you don’t like very tight fit. They do hold the under belly nicely.

I love these, they do run a bit big so I suggest going a size smaller especially if you want it to give you that flat look, they are seamless, they are comfortable, they do not roll down, they have a nice material, they do stretch, they are breathable…

These are perfect. They are soft and hold ya in without feeling like you can’t move. They don’t do miracles, but they slim ya out so there is nothing hanging over. After they are washed they still feel new, they are durable and no heavy pantry lines.
