I really live this cincher! Best one I’ve got my hands on this far! I just really wish I would’ve sized down have a lot of overlap and that is poking me as I’m sitting. Dang talk about HOLDDDDD thr velcro is stronger than an ox! Definitely get your shirt size. I wear 2xl got 1xl and it works but can wear as long. Will be buying another . Its so worth it. Doesn't roll. Holds u in. Insane hold and shape. Helps posture and postpartum recovery.
